
Amazing Broiled Salmon, Two Ways
The Eight Minute Miracle. This salmon recipe is what makes people buy bottle after bottle of Smoked Maple Syrup.
1st Way
INGREDIENTS
- ½ lb. salmon
- Juice of ½ lime
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Smoked Maple Syrup
2nd Way
INGREDIENTS
- ½ lb. salmon
- Juice of ½ lime
- 1 tablespoon tamari
- 2 tablespoons Smoked Maple Syrup
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS
- For either way, set the fillets on aluminum foil on a pan.
- Squeeze on the lime, add the smoked maple syrup and other ingredients, and broil for 8-12 minutes without turning.
