INGREDIENTS
½ lb. salmon
Juice of ½ lime
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Smoked Maple Syrup
2nd Way
INGREDIENTS
½ lb. salmon
Juice of ½ lime
1 tablespoon tamari
2 tablespoons Smoked Maple Syrup
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS
For either way, set the fillets on aluminum foil on a pan.
Squeeze on the lime, add the smoked maple syrup and other ingredients, and broil for 8-12 minutes without turning.
