Another simple, yet delicious combination of Maple Sriracha and cheese. The fat in the cheese knocks the heat of the sauce into the back seat and brings the fresh flavor forward.
The simplest version is to put a log of goat cheese on a plate and drizzle with Smoked Maple Sriracha. Any of our Srirachas will work, but we especially like the rich color of the Smoked Maple Sriracha against the white goat cheese.
