INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup shelled walnuts
- 1 tablespoon salted butter
- ¼ cup Sugar Bob’s Smoked Maple Syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small cast-iron pan, combine all ingredients over medium heat.
- Stir frequently as the liquid reduces and coats the nuts—about 6–8 minutes.
- Once the syrup thickens and the nuts begin to stick to the pan, remove from the heat.
- Let cool on parchment or a plate in a single layer.
Sticky, crunchy, smoky-sweet. All gone faster than you’d expect.
