INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz good Bourbon or Rye
  • 1 wedge of blood orange
  • 1 tsp Sugar Bob’s Smoked Maple Syrup
  • 3 dashes of bitters
  • Optional: cherry for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Squeeze the orange wedge to extract juice, then drop the peel into the glass.
  • Add bitters, Smoked Maple Syrup, and whiskey.
  • Stir like you mean it over ice.
  • Garnish with a cherry or keep it neat.
  • Sip, savor, repeat.
