Try any of our four Maple Srirachas with sour cream or mayonnaise, depending on your preferences. The fat in the sour cream or mayonnaise knocks back the heat in the sriracha, leaving the fresh peppers to shine. You can add a little more until you get the right balance that pleases you.
Start with 1/2 sour cream or mayonnaise and 1 T Maple Sriracha.
