
Baked Brie cheese with Maple Spiced Pecan Topping

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 medium wheel of Brie cheese
- ½ cup chopped Sugar Bob’s Maple Spiced Pecans
- 3 tablespoons Sugar Bob’s Original Smoked Maple Syrup
- Crackers, sliced apples, or toasted baguette (for serving)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Unwrap the Brie and place it in a small, oven-safe dish or skillet.
- Bake uncovered for 12 to 15 minutes, or until soft and gooey.
- While the Brie bakes, warm the smoked maple syrup in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in the chopped pecans and let the mixture bubble gently for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Carefully transfer the warm Brie to a serving plate. Spoon the maple pecan topping over the center.
