INGREDIENTS

• Maple Sugar
• Smoked Maple Syrup
• Ice
• Cinnamon Whiskey - Jack Daniels Fire
• Irish Cream - Bailey's
• Optional Garnish: Bacon

EQUIPMENT

• Small wine glass, martini glass, or other small aperitif glass
• Cocktail shaker/strainer

INSTRUCTIONS

• Rim the edge of your glass with maple sugar.
• Pour some Smoked Maple Syrup into the glass - just enough to fill the well at the very bottom, less or more to taste. Set aside.
• In an ice filled cocktail shaker, combine 1 part cinnamon whiskey and 1 part Irish cream. Shake well.
• Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
• Optional: If you're feeling fancy, use a small piece of bacon as a garnish.
