INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon tamari or soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Smoked Maple Syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Pour all ingredients into a mason jar.
  • Seal it tight and give it a solid shake—20 seconds should do the trick.
  • Open, taste, adjust if needed, and pour it generously.


Pairs great with kale, arugula, or whatever greens are hanging out in your fridge.
